10 tricks to reduce cell phone use

The ten simple proposals that this campaign to contribute to a more conscious use of mobile son:

1. Analyze how much and how you use your cell phone and what you miss because of it.

2. Deactivate your cell phone from before dinner until after breakfast.

3. Eliminate sounds and vibrations associated with notifications.

4. Remove apps that warn of pending activity from the main screen.
